Verdict: Yes for brunch in the CBD area. Honestly not sure why Hash isn't more popular than it currently is, especially given how crazy long the lines are across the street at Hardware SociΓ©tΓ©.
Hash is a consistently reliable brunch/lunch option with reasonable prices if you don't want to get out of downtown Melbourne!
